Contracting - New Homes
Residential new build development sites are our bread and butter. We have built housing estates of 19 homes as recently as 2021 and continue to do so on behalf of development clients. Contact us if you wish to discuss for your development site.
Extensions - Domestic
DRC build a range of single and two storey extensions for private customers each year. Thinking of extending your property? Get in touch for a free quote and we can discuss your options. We may be able to offer advice and suggestions to enhance your project.
Groundworks
Whether you are a developer or primary contractor, we can manage foundations, floor structures, infrastructure, roads, pathways, services, treatment tanks and hard and soft landscaping elements of any contract.
Land Purchase
We are always interested in potential development land, primarily for residential development. Contact us if you some potential development land for sale. If it isn't suitable for us, we probably know someone who we can refer you to.
Commercial
We are able to build warehousing and other forms of commercial projects. In the past few years, we have undertaken a number of commercial extensions in both office and retail classes. Take a look at some of those projects on the "Previous Developments" page.
