CARTERTON - under development

Carterton is a residential development in Oxfordshire that is currently at site clearance and strip out stage. The development is a mixture of conversion, small extensions and new build. There are also semi-detached, detached houses as well as bungalows, creating a real mixture of development. 

Formerly a single cottage with large overgrown garden, the existing property is to be converted into two, 2 bedroom semi-detached houses. Either side are to be new build two bedroom, two storey houses, with four 2 bedroom bungalows to the rear. 

The scheme requires a new roof and complete renovation including structural steel calculations for the existing house and a large driveway accessing the units to the rear. 

With much to be getting on with, we expect this project to be a great success.
